I’ve changed my battery and followed all procedures. I also calibrated it by letting it run down and charging it fully without interruption. My phone lasts even less than it did before I changed it out. What else can I do.

Depends on the part, Did you get an ‘OEM’ grade battery for the replacement or the cheaper battery? Knock off batteries can have a smaller capacity and might not perform like an OEM. Defiantly check the specs on the battery with an app on the phone. There are actual tools (Battery tester) that will give the information on the battery before install however they can be expensive. The battery you have may also be faulty.
