My as new iPod shuffle 4th generation is frozen in recovery mode how can I get it to move
Hi Have you tried plugging it into a laptop with iTunes installed because about 95% of the time if you restore it in iTunes it will solve your issue but you will loose all of your music and other things on the device but you can reinstall it after by syncing it to iTunes Any questions please ask Thanks:)
