My Samsung Odyssey G5 (LC27G75TQSNXZA) starts up, esthetic lighting flashes once, but wont connect to any port. The blue light just sits on and no menu or anything will respond with the toggle. I’ve unplugged everything, waited, reinserted the power, and it just does the same thing, Any suggestions on what I should try next? I only got this thing new over a year ago.
Jeremy Jagow sounds like an issue with the main board. Try different input sources and cables. If none of that resolves it and since “I only got this thing new over a year ago.” contact the seller since it should be covered under warranty.
