it will turn on. but it presses random buttons and has lines running through it and i cant get into it and i have pictures i want off that phone

Hi Kimberly, sounds like you need a new screen. Here’s a guide on how to replace it and here’s a link to buy a new screen. Alternatively, if you just want the pictures from the phone, try plugging the phone into a computer and accessing the photo files from there. Hope this helps!! : )
