Chosen Solution
The button was starting to stick and no matter how you pressed it , the phone would not turn on or off. the small strip around the phone is also coming up near the power button. SO I took a pen tip to push on the on button and now it sank into the phone and you no longer see the black rubber covering it but just a small metal looking object. Can this button be pulled out to where it should be.
i think the best option is to buy a replacement of the buttons, i own a moto e5 plus as well and i think it’s a better option that to try to reuse the actual buttons
