I manage a hotel and my handheld panasonic phone wont ring at all. This phone is connected to a NEC DTH-16D-2 Elite landline. The only phone that will ring is the NEC DTH-16D-2 Elite phone. Does anyone know how I could fix this?
Hi, Can you call out from the phone OK, you didn’t say? Have you checked if the phone is in silent mode? Here’s an image taken from the KX-TG6641 user manual that shows how to turn on/ off silent mode.
