Chosen Solution
My phone will not open the Windows screen. After switching on, the O2 screen comes on then a black screen immediately appears saying… ‘ERROR: Unable to find a bootable option. Press any key to shut down.’ If I then press a button, the cycle repeats. Please can you advise how I can fix this?
