Hi !My phone is a Z91VL. I do see this model in any of the pictures here. The phone would not Keep a charge. so I brought a new charger a universal charger. Still it would not hold a charge. this phone is less than 1 year old.I don’t want to loose important data I have on my phone. I know that your home base is in China, and I know that you will ship me a new on but I don’t want to loose my data.HELP!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Hi, Did you mean a ZTE Z917VL (ZTE ZMax Champ) by any chance? Does the phone stay on and work OK when you have the charger connected and switched on, you didn’t say? If it does, then you should be able to back up your data to your Google account using the phone’s backup feature or perhaps connect it to a computer via WiFi and save your data that way. Once you have you data backed up, you can make arrangements for a manufacturer’s warranty repair or replacement as per the manufacturer’s warranty statement
