My above described phone fell from my hand and it has never been on again.I have tried to hard reset it with volume up and power button,I have charged it for a whole day and night but it won’t open.I have also tried holding the power button without suspending for long but nothing happens.It will not turn on.There is no damage that is visible to me.
@masere, Lilian, Find below a link to show how to dismantle your phone so you can check inside your phone for any damage or loose components/cables/connectors/etc.and replace/repair bad components if found. If no apparent damage reseat all the connectors to be sure you are getting good connection and try phone. Good luck.
