My phone started flickering one week after i dropped it but it worked fine until after two months it suddenly stopped and a black spot came and the screen start flickering and would only stay on for a few seconds. i am still able to unlock it and swipe down the home bar. I have not dropped it ever since the initial drop. what should i do? should i buy a lcd screen or lcd digitizer?
The screen needs to be completely replaced as a assembly. LCD digitizer sounds like just the glass with the touch screen layer, this is only useful if you are replacing just the glass while the display is not damaged as a professional refurbisher.
