my phone is locked due to forgotten password and the code u gave, i cannot enter it because the phone is not showing * and # keys
Try Factory Resting It By Holding The Volume Down Key, Home Button, And Sleep Button At The Same Time While The Phone Is Off And UnPlugged From The Charger. It Should Come Up With a Screen Asking You To Continue. Push The Volume Button That Will Let You Continue, It Should Then Have An Option To Factory Reset Phone. Thats The Only Way That I Know Of.
