Hi My phone is not receiving calls. I can make calls and texts but everytime someone tries to call me they get the engaged signal. What is wrong with my phone? Also my daughter’s phone which is the same make and model cannot make calls, receive calls or texts. Please help. They have done nothing wrong. Has there been some kind of a software update that they do not know about? thanks Jane
Hi Jane, This sounds like a network issue since there are multiple devices involved with multiple issues. I would advise contacting your service provider and telling them about the issue. Of course you should always try turning off and back on again, (make sure you turn the whole phone off and not just the screen). I would not suspect a software update causing this as a bug that obvious would have been caught in testing.
