My Alcatel phone is not receiving any incoming calls at all what do I do please

Hi, What signal does the caller get when they call your number, busy signal, voice message, ringtone? Have you checked the Call Forwarding setting in the Phone app of the phone to make sure that incoming calls are not being diverted to somewhere else? To view the setting open the Phone app > Settings > Voice call > call forwarding What is the model number of your phone? What have you checked?
