Chosen Solution
My phone is oppo a3s, I was charging it because it only had 1% battery left, then the battery went to 0% but it was still on, afterwards it shut down and I tried to charge it and won’t turn on. I followed the instructions to press the volume up and power button at the same time to turn it on and it did but displayed a red lightning symbol, so I charged it until morning. I tried turning it on again but it won’t! Pls help me solve my problem.

Next check your connector and make sure that there are no broken pins, lint etc. obstructing it. If all that looks okay then go ahead and replace the battery with a new one. then re-evaluate. If that does not resolve your issue you may have problems with the charging port or the charging circuit on your circuit board. Again start with your battery because if nothing else it will provide you with a known-well starting point for further troubleshooting. Use something like this video to work on your phone
