My Phone Is Showing Moto Symbol Which Is Shown While Booting Motorola Moto G 3Rd Generation

My phone is showing the moto symbol wat ever I do its not changing or navigating even if I charge only DAT symbol is shown . I don’t know wat problem is it exactly. Please help.

hare haran vels you could try a hard reset but that will erase all of your user files like pictures, music etc. Press the Power key to restart into Recovery mode. The screen will display an Android robot with a red exclamation mark. While holding down the Power key, press and release the Volume Up key, then release Power. Use the volume keys to scroll to Wipe data/factory reset and press the Power key to select it.
