My is plugged in and charging but it keeps turning on and off every like 30 seconds. So it’ll turn on and then shut off when I am trying to do the update! Please help!!
How did this originally happen? Was it dropped or damaged in any way? This sounds like a common battery issue but any extra amount of info you can provide would help!
