I had my phone in my pocket and it over heated. It wouldn’t turn back on except to flash the logo for approximately 36 hours. After that the battery wouldn’t hold a charge for more than 3.5 hours and it gets hot. I sent it away to be fixed and they say they replaced the main board but its still getting really hot. Is it beyond repair??
@phaet1 first off if you send it for repair you should expect it to be fixed. So I am not convinced that the board got replaced. The only other thing you can try at this time is to replace the battery. Verify with whoever fixed it for you, that the main board got replaced. You have not told us if the phone functions normally other than getting hot.
