my sony xperia when in my pocket ,it tends to randomly dial numbers. H do I correct it?

in order, try these

1. a sony Xperia has a power button that when pressed, turns off the screen, including touch features. make sure to press this before putting it in your pocket at all times.
2. if you do the above already, you may have the “Lift to wake” Features on. where if you lift up the phone, it wakes the screen. you may try turning this off. it may be getting JUST enough movement to think its being lifted up.
3. the lock button expressed in idea 1, may be getting pressed by accident. if this is the case, you may want to try applying a passcode to the device to prevent it.
