cisneros376 sounds like you are having an issue with your digitizer. Try a reset first. You’ll find instructions for that on here. Make sure that you have your personal files backed up so you not lose those. If a reset does not work you should consider replacing the digitizer/LCD assembly. This video should be of help for that.
