my phone is active but wont let me send messages or make calls it says my airplane mode is on but everytime i check it is not on? help me fix it. cant afford a new phone.
First of all, check your settings then Wireless and Network. It might have a Wi-Fi calling mode turned on, which might cause some problems. Then try to reboot the phone which helps removing glitches and bugs. Though this is sometimes tricky depending on your phone, but try taking out your battery for about a minute and put it back in. Make sure the phone is shut down during the process.
press power select restart hold vol down till boot menu comes up select bp toolsto restart i have to do this every restart but works for me
