My phone think’s it’s overheating when it very much isn’t. The phone can be dead cold and off and then i turn it on and plug it in right away, it will immediately request that I remove the charging cable as the phone is overheating. I replaced my battery and it was fine but later that day it started happening. It doesn’t show the moisture detected error. The NFC/wireless charger plate had a broken cable as the back case had a hole in it and it was exposed, after I replaced that it lets it charge only for a second when it’s off. I can charge the phone slowly by leaving it off but it won’t charge when it’s on. Is it possible I got a faulty battery? Can a battery even tell my phone that it’s too hot. Thanks
