i have been following through with the 4s battery replacement tutorial, but this little thing is proving to be a problem. i can’t seem to get it to sit still and it keeps moving around, and the phone only works when plugged in. any help? Update (11/11/2019) apparently the pressure contact has nothing to do with the battery, so what is going wrong? D:
Forget the thing that holds down the antenna. If the phone works when plugged in, then that is pretty good for a 4s. It is difficult to find any battery that will still work in a 4s. Use a usb ammeter to see if it is consuming charging current. If it is—wait and the device will eventually work on battery. If it is not, then troubleshooting battery and charging.
