my phone was power off when I turned it on it only stayed on the first part of when it just stays. what the problem. how do I fix it
Do a hard reset with these steps:
- boot into recovery by shutting off the device, then pressing volume down and power at the same time
- use the volume keys to move the cursor to select factory reset and power to select
- the device should reboot automatically If the problem persists which is rare, you will have to reflash the firmware with fastboot.
