My battery recently messed up. I ordered a new one already but, I used my buddies battery same phone. Now my phones will not go further than the star up screen where I see my carriers name and samsung on it. I have things stored in my internal memory is there something I can do to fix it and not lose all that stuff?
Unfortunately the only thing you can try is to do a forced factory reset. if that doesn’t solve it then you may have a bad motherboard.
