My phone won’t charge or come on it was perfect last night got up to charge it but nothing no power light on phone and been on charge hours but nothing it’s a concealed battery and only just one year old can you help as lockdownneed my phone
First off, try another charger. Second, make sure that the port is clean. Since the battery/charging port is internal parts on your unit, anything beyond that will require repair.
